1. About this document
This is an agreement between Aleksandr V. Danilov, self-employed, INN 500507015255 (TellarionHUB studio, the “Rights Holder”), and you. It applies to the Android game “Alina: Path of Fashion” (ru.modnyput.game, the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Your right to use the Game
The Rights Holder grants you a free, simple (non-exclusive) license to install the Game and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is not sold: exclusive rights to it, including its code, art, text, music and characters, remain with the Rights Holder.
3. What you may not do
- distribute, sell or publish the Game or modified versions of it;
- bypass payments or limits of the Game, or forge purchases and saves;
- decompile or modify the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use materials of the Game commercially without the Rights Holder’s consent.
4. In-game items and purchases
Atelier money, fabrics, outfits and other in-game items exist only inside the Game. They are not money or property and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to other players.

5. Ads
The Game has rewarded videos that you start yourself and occasional ads between chapters. The ad service and the advertiser are responsible for ad content. The data involved is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Saves
The Game has no account; your progress is stored on your phone. If you delete the Game or clear its data, the progress is lost. “Forever” purchases can be restored with a recovery code; see Payments and refunds.
7. Age
The Game is suitable for all ages (3+). Children make purchases for money only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Updates and availability
The Game is provided “as is”. We fix errors and release updates that may change the content and balance of the Game, but we do not promise that it will run without failures on every device. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services and app stores. This does not limit the rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
A new version is published on this page with a new date. By continuing to use the Game after that, you accept the new version.
10. Law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court under the applicable law, including consumer protection law.
