This policy explains what data the mobile game “Alina: Path of Fashion” (the “Game”) by TellarionHUB processes, why, and who receives it. In short: your progress is stored only on your device; there is no account or sign-up. The Game goes online in three cases: to get ad settings from alina-game.ru (the request contains no data about you or your game; like any website, the server only sees the IP address and keeps it in its logs), to show ads that you choose to watch, and when you buy something in the Shop or restore purchases.

1. What the Game stores
Your save: chapter progress, atelier money, outfits, collections, sound and language settings. It is kept only in your phone’s storage and is never sent to our server. There is no account or sign-up. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, the progress is lost (permanent purchases can be restored with a recovery code, see section 3).
Android may include the save in your Google or device-maker backup (a system “Backup” feature). We do not receive these backups; you can manage them in Android settings.
We do not request or collect your name, phone number, email, contacts, location, photos, files, camera or microphone access. Android permissions: internet access and network state (ads and purchases), the advertising ID and the install referrer (used by the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK). The Game requests no dangerous permissions (camera, location, files, contacts).
2. Advertising (Yandex Mobile Ads)
The Game shows ads: rewarded videos that you start yourself and, occasionally, an interstitial between chapters. Ads are served by the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (Yandex LLC). To select and show ads, the SDK may process:

Yandex processes this data under its own policies: yandex.ru/legal/confidential, yandex.ru/legal/mobileads_sdk_agreement. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Android settings. We do not receive or store this data.
3. Purchases
The Shop offers optional paid purchases. Payment does not happen inside the Game: it takes place on tellarion.dev via the YooKassa payment service, in your browser. When you buy something, we process:

The server signs your purchase list; the Game verifies the signature and keeps purchases in the save on your phone. After payment, the page shows a recovery code that restores permanent purchases after reinstalling. Payment, crediting and refund terms: alina-game.ru/en/payments. Order data is kept on the server for as long as needed for accounting, receipts and refunds. There are no paid loot boxes in the Game.
4. Links
The profile screen links to the studio’s Telegram channel, website and this policy. They open in your browser or Telegram; the Game sends nothing.
5. Children
The Game is suitable for all ages (3+). We do not knowingly collect children’s data, and ads are requested with the child-audience flag in the Yandex Mobile Ads settings. Children should make purchases and watch ads under parental supervision.
6. Your rights
Your game data lives only on your device: delete it by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in Android settings. You can request a copy or deletion of order data (such as your e-mail); payment records are kept as long as the law requires. 7. Changes
If this policy changes (for example, when cloud saves are added), the new version will be posted on this page with a new date before the related update is released.
8. The alina-game.ru website
Visitors do not sign up on this site. It sets no cookies for visitors and uses no third-party analytics.
We only count anonymous page views and clicks on the Download button. To count unique visitors, the server hashes the IP address, the browser and a random salt for the current day; the hash and the salt are deleted within the following day, and the IP address itself is not written to the statistics.
Like any website, the server sees the IP address and keeps it in technical logs to defend against attacks and find errors.
