1. Who accepts payment
Payments for digital items of the game “Alina: Path of Fashion” (Android app ru.modnyput.game) are accepted by the self-employed Данилов Александр Валерьевич, INN 500507015255, through the website tellarion.dev. Professional income tax applies, no VAT. All prices are in Russian rubles.
2. What is sold
Digital items for use inside the game only. They are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to other players. Nothing is delivered physically. There are no paid loot boxes in the game: the fair box is available only for watching an ad.

If the price in the game and on this page ever differ, the price shown on the payment page at the moment of payment applies.
3. How payment works
You tap the price in the game Shop. The game opens a page on tellarion.dev in the browser with the item, its price and these terms; there you may leave an e-mail for the receipt and go to the secure YooKassa payment page (YooMoney NBCO LLC): bank card, SBP (Faster Payments) and other available methods. We do not receive or store card numbers or codes. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of successful payment.
4. Crediting
After payment return to the game: the purchase is credited automatically, usually within seconds (the game checks it when you come back). You can also tap “I paid — check” in the Shop. From the moment of crediting the digital item is considered delivered. If the purchase has not appeared within 10 minutes, write to us with the order number from the payment page.
The game has no account and stores progress on the phone. Permanent purchases (VIP, starter pack, forever boost, outfit packs) are restored on a new phone or after reinstalling with the restore code: it is shown on the payment page and in the game Shop; enter it in Shop → “Restore purchases”. Lost the code — write to us with the e-mail given at payment or the payment details, and we will find it. Time skips are credited once to the device on which they were bought and are not restored.
5. Refunds
A refund is possible if:
- money was charged but the item was not credited because of a technical error on our side, and we cannot credit it;
- you were charged twice for one purchase;
- a refund is otherwise required by Russian law.
Items that were already credited and used (for example, a time skip) are not refundable. Send a request to im@tellarion.dev within 14 days of payment: date, amount, the order number or restore code. We review it within 10 working days; money is returned the same way it was paid, usually within 10 working days after approval. After a refund the purchase is removed from the game.
6. Receipt
The seller issues a self-employed receipt in the «Мой налог» service; it is sent to the e-mail given at payment, if any.
